Residential
RESIDENTIAL SOLAR PANELS
With utility rates increasing every year at a rate of four to six percent, one of the best decisions you can make is to go solar. Not only will residential solar panels pay for themselves, but using the energy from the sun to power your home means you can free yourself from the utility companies, eliminate your monthly bill and only pay as little as $10 for a monthly service charge.

Commercial
COMMERCIAL SOLAR PANELS
From the day your commercial solar system is turned on, you stop paying for that power. Once it is paid off, you are generating electricity for your business for free.
The federal Investment Tax Credit still covers 30% of a commercial installation — but it is on a clock now. Under current law, a project that begins construction today has to be placed in service by 31 December 2027 to qualify. That is a little over a year, and commercial solar is not a fast process: design, interconnection, permitting and construction all sit ahead of the meter going live.
If a 30% credit is part of how this project pencils, the schedule is the thing to look at first. Talk to us early.
